Equity and fairness in the workplace could use a boost. According to a 2022 Gallup poll, a mere 28% of employees strongly agreed that their organization is fair. A 2023 survey by Great Place To Work found that most employees don’t believe they receive a fair share of company profits, while only 51% felt that promotions were fairly awarded.
