Client Services Associate - Workforce Analytics

    • The Client Services Associate is responsible for developing, managing and safeguarding Trusaic’s most critical asset – our relationships with our clients and business partners. The Client Services Associate provides deep consultative guidance to large employers throughout the United States and internationally, aiding them in solving their most complex operational challenges at the intersection of data, risk and compliance, people analytics, and financial performance optimization.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Lead consultative meetings with key client stakeholders (both phone and in-person).
    • Understand client operational structure, workforce composition and strategic goals.
    • Possess deep understanding of Trusaic’s product portfolio.
    • Transmission and communication of business intelligence reports.
    • Provide oversight around critical key performance indicators and action items.
    • Assist in the formulation and implementation of risk mitigation and management strategies.
    • Serve as the intermediary between client and regulatory agencies in the event of regulatory inquiries (e.g. IRS, CMS, DOL, and State/Federal health exchanges)
    • Facilitate and coordinate the extraction, transmission, receipt, storage and security of highly sensitive data from client technology platforms including, but not limited to: HRMS/HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Learning & Development, and Leave of Absence.
    • Oversee key annual tax and regulatory filings with federal agencies on behalf of client.

    • Provide product and client feedback to other parts of the organization including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Research & Development.
    • Draft and proof presentations
    • Assist with new product and analytics development and testing, as well as existing product and analytics optimization.

Content Manager

    • The Content Manager is someone with exceptional writing skills who enjoys creating content for digital and social media channels. You will be writing for websites and blogs, managing and creating content for social media platforms, working on media relations activities, including press releases and media pitches, and researching industry trends and current events to maximize content effectiveness.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Demand Generation Manager

    • The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for completing partnership marketing efforts, enabling our sales team to do their best work, evaluating digital marketing efforts, lead generation, and pushing our team to see success through a variety of campaigns.     • The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for conducting exciting inbound marketing campaigns and online advertising using cutting edge programs to spread the Trusaic brand. This person will be measuring ongoing efforts to make recommendations as to where adjustments should be made, and going forward to complete those changes. You will be pushing the effectiveness of websites and other digital properties to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Compile performance reports for various multivariate testing initiatives involving SEO, SEM, social, email outreach, etc.
    • Assist with online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social.
    • Assist with the creation of specialized landing pages to drive lead generation, while maximizing SEO and working within design parameters.

    • The Product Associate is responsible for supporting Trusaic’s product design, development and optimization projects. These efforts drive key insights for large employers throughout the United States and internationally, aiding them in solving their most complex operational challenges at the intersection of data, risk and compliance, people analytics, and financial performance optimization.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Work with engineering, operations, and management teams to ensure development and delivery of products within allotted timeline and budget.
    • Assist in the development of new products including writing use case requirements, validation points and wireframes.
    • Identifying and assisting in developing enhanced capabilities and features to existing products and applications.
    • Prepare and organize project status and risk reporting to management and customers.
    • Develop test cases and perform a complete quality assurance including UAT for various products to iron out any bugs.
    • Track, triage, and help resolve defects and bugs. Advise on interim operational solutions with Product Support and Engineering.
    • Work with Managers and Leadership to ensure that products and services meet customers’ current and future needs.
    • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders on function and usage of product.
    • Assist with development, maintenance and enhancement of Trusaic’s proprietary Workforce Analytics Machine (“WAM”), including the ancillary Alteryx Server, R and Python infrastructure.
    • Research and document competitive products’ features, pricing, and positioning to enhance our understanding of the competitive landscape.
    • Develop short-term and long-term product roadmap and strategy.

    • Create customized Python scripts, R scripts and Alteryx recipes to automate data extraction, transformation, validation and consolidation.  
    • Assist with developing product infrastructure (standardize & document processes, provide training to product delivery teams, etc.) to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.

Senior Front End Developer

  • Skills & Abilities required to perform Duties:
    • Highly experienced with one or more modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue and corresponding testing suites.
    • Fully versant with creating front-end build stacks and using Node-based packaging tools.
    • Strong familiarity with a back-end language and framework, preferably C# and dotnet Core.
    • Solid Web, HTML and CSS background.
    • A solid working knowledge of UI and UX concepts.
    • Adept at Typescript as well as straight JavaScript.
    • Hands-on experience with other major JavaScript libraries such as jQuery.
    • Good understanding of relevant Web security issues and writing secure code.
  • Education, Certifications or Training desired:
    • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science

  • Core Output Statement and Description Overview:
    • The VP of Marketing is responsible for overall brand development, product marketing and supporting the sales effort through marketing campaigns and lead generation. You will be developing, managing, and maintaining marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns.  As a direct report to the CEO and company leadership, these efforts will support the product development team and sales staff in fulfilling the marketing needs of Trusaic.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the development of the marketing strategy for new and existing products, with a focus on inbound marketing and lead generation.
    • Oversee the implementation of the Marketing strategy including campaigns, events, conferences, and webinars.
    • Oversee online and print advertising, with a focus on social media platforms
    • Liaise with internal sales and product teams to execute Trusaic’s brand vision.
    • Participate in digital marketing efforts, including measuring and reporting on performance.
    • Provide competitive, market and consumer research to optimize positioning of Trusaic product and services in the marketplace.
    • Recommend development of new marketing materials and assets as appropriate.
  • Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their goals by providing them with the appropriate tools, materials and presentations, and implement an effective Service Level Agreement between Sales and Marketing.
    • Participate in collaborative meetings between executive team, sales, and operations.
    • Manage relationships with channel partners in accounting and insurance.
  • Skills and Abilities required to perform Duties:
    • 5-7 years Agency marketing experience
    • 5-7 years B2B Tech marketing experience
    • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) .
    • Ability to evaluate marketing channels and allocate budgets to improve ROI including distribution channels, PPC, SEO, Email, Content Marketing and Social Media.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Mastery of MS Office and Google Suite.
    • Detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain focus under pressure.
    • Ability to ideate and execute creative ideas and then strategizing on how to deliver against them.
    • Strong analytical background with focus how digital metrics and platforms for measurement relate to outcomes.
    • Consumer insights experience revealing actionable information about your target audience and the ability to tap into those insights to create compelling campaigns.
    • Proven ability to support multiple brands within a business and to present your vision, goals, and tactics or those brands to leadership.
    • Track record of building scalable operating processes and systems as well as proven success within a performance-based marketing environment.
  • Education, Certifications, or Training desired:
    • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required
