Client Services Associate - Workforce Analytics

    • The Client Services Associate is responsible for developing, managing and safeguarding Trusaic’s most critical asset – our relationships with our clients and business partners. The Client Services Associate provides deep consultative guidance to large employers throughout the United States and internationally, aiding them in solving their most complex operational challenges at the intersection of data, risk and compliance, people analytics, and financial performance optimization.

 

  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Lead consultative meetings with key client stakeholders (both phone and in-person).
    • Understand client operational structure, workforce composition and strategic goals.
    • Possess deep understanding of Trusaic’s product portfolio.
    • Transmission and communication of business intelligence reports.
    • Provide oversight around critical key performance indicators and action items.
    • Assist in the formulation and implementation of risk mitigation and management strategies.
    • Serve as the intermediary between client and regulatory agencies in the event of regulatory inquiries (e.g. IRS, CMS, DOL, and State/Federal health exchanges)
    • Facilitate and coordinate the extraction, transmission, receipt, storage and security of highly sensitive data from client technology platforms including, but not limited to: HRMS/HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Learning & Development, and Leave of Absence.
    • Oversee key annual tax and regulatory filings with federal agencies on behalf of client.

    • Facilitate and coordinate the extraction, receipt, storage and security of highly sensitive data from client technology platforms including, but not limited to: HRMS/HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Learning & Development, and Leave of Absence.

Director of Marketing

    • Communicate any data or information discrepancies identified during the data ingestion process to clients services and data operations teams.
    • Assist with the performance of Penalty Risk Assessment audits for prospective clients of Trusaic located in the U.S. subject to IRC 4980H.
    • Assist management and senior team members with the process of preparing responses to IRS penalty assessments levied against clients of Trusaic.

  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Work with development, operations, and management teams to ensure development and delivery of products within allotted timeline and budget.
    • Assist in development of new products and enhancement and optimizations to existing products and applications.
    • Prepare and organize project status and risk reporting to management and customers.
    • Record product defects and appropriate resolutions.
    • Work with Managers and Leadership to ensure that products and services meet customers’ current and future needs.
    • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders on function and usage of product.

    • Provide quality assurance support around analytic outputs contained in business intelligence reports.
    • Assist with preparation of key client communications, including but not limited to IRS 226-J, IRS 5005-A, IRS 5699 and IRS CP-220J letter responses.
    • Facilitate and coordinate the extraction, receipt, storage and security of highly sensitive data from client technology platforms including, but not limited to: HRMS/HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Learning & Development, and Leave of Absence.
    • Transform, consolidate, validate and cleanse data from client technology platforms and databases.
    • Create business intelligence reports comprised of Key Performance Indicators, Key Risk Indicators, and workforce analytics insights.

 

  • Skills & Abilities required to perform Duties:
