  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Key point of contact for all information security based legal matters
    • Subject matter expertise on cyber security and consumer privacy rules, including management of data breach response.
    • Negotiate contracts, including client and vendor agreements, NDAs, etc.
    • Knowledge of  ACA, HIPAA and ACA’s interplay with ERISA.
    • Effective at balancing legal risks against business interests and providing legal counsel and advice to various internal departments on multiple legal matters.

Cloud Engineer - Azure

Overview:

  • Trusaic is undergoing significant growth and is expanding its presence as a major SaaS provider for companies in the US and soon abroad. Azure cloud infrastructure is a key part of Trusaic’s service and as such we are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure & Security Engineer, or DevSecOps Engineer. The successful candidate will have a wide breadth of experience working with all types of Azure resources as well as maintaining and securing them.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Engineer will provide technical writing with respect to security, policy, and technical documentation
  • Understand PKCS infrastructure well and provide input and recommendations for encryption tools and command-line automation
  • Administer SQL Server and Azure SQL Database, namely around backups and maintenance jobs
  • Work with application containerization (ie, Docker) deployment and orchestration solutions
  • Understand appropriate application pooling and scaling methods
  • Have an understanding and/or some experience with enterprise bus software,
  • Good working knowledge of Powershell scripting and batch job creation,
  • Have a full understanding of Azure DevOps from a testing and software engineering perspective.

Skills & Abilities Required to Perform Duties:

  • 5+ years of Microsoft-based system and/or Azure Administration experience
  • Major Azure certification path (DevOps or SA) required. Security Engineer certification must also be completed, planned or in progress
  • CISM, CISSP, or CompTIA+ highly preferred

Client Services Associate - Workforce Analytics

    • The Client Services Associate is responsible for developing, managing and safeguarding Trusaic’s most critical asset – our relationships with our clients and business partners. The Client Services Associate provides deep consultative guidance to large employers throughout the United States and internationally, aiding them in solving their most complex operational challenges at the intersection of data, risk and compliance, people analytics, and financial performance optimization.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Lead consultative meetings with key client stakeholders (both phone and in-person).
    • Understand client operational structure, workforce composition and strategic goals.
    • Possess deep understanding of Trusaic’s product portfolio.
    • Transmission and communication of business intelligence reports.
    • Provide oversight around critical key performance indicators and action items.

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to contribute to the continued expansion of our product offerings focused on furthering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.  The successful candidate will be proficient in coding and quality testing while also feeling comfortable interpreting statistical results, translating those results for non-technical audiences, and presenting those translated results to management and to our clients.
