Between 2016 and 2020, out of 922 large U.S. corporations, only 22% conducted pay equity analyses, Today, 75% of all U.S. organizations regularly conduct these audits, likely because of burgeoning legislative pressures, the need to better attract and retain talent and the desire for more enlightened workplace cultures.
