Leadership

Dianne Seo,
Chief Financial Officer

Dianne oversees all financial operations for Trusaic and partners with the senior leadership team to drive strategic growth across the company’s lines of business. She brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience in financial management, including implementing operational controls; technical accounting; forecasting; internal auditing; regulatory management including SEC reporting; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); and information technology (IT), for several prominent commercial banks.

As the former CFO of Pacific Union Bank, Seo successfully prepared and guided the organization through an initial public offering (IPO), which listed on NASDAQ, and oversaw investor relations for the publicly traded bank. As CFO and a founding member of U.S. Metro Bank, she successfully obtained regulatory approvals for the establishment of the de novo bank, and helped raise and deploy more than $19M of initial capital raise.

Dianne holds a bachelor’s degree from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea, and an MBA from the Schiller International University in London.

Anuj Mongia,
Executive Vice President of Products and Revenue

As the Executive Vice President of Products and Revenue at Trusaic, Anuj is one of Trusaic’s principal product strategists. He oversees ongoing expansion efforts into global markets both from a business development and product development perspective. His vast experience in operations, product development, and data analytics have enabled him to develop a comprehensive ACA compliance and pay equity software solution with the customer experience at its core.

Anuj has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science, and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Claremont Graduate University.

Gail Greenfield,
Executive Vice President of Pay Equity and Total Rewards Strategy and Solutions

Gail Greenfield is an eminent pay equity expert who has recently joined Trusaic as Executive Vice President of Pay Equity and Total Rewards Strategy and Solutions. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in developing data-driven strategies to promote workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. Gail’s career includes roles at Oracle and Warner Brothers Discovery, and she has a rich history at Mercer, where she testified before Congress on diversity and inclusion. Her insights on pay equity have been featured in major media outlets, and she is a respected speaker at industry events. Gail holds a PhD in economics from Claremont Graduate University and a bachelor’s degree in business economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Robert Sheen

CEO and Founder

With an extensive background in law, finance, tax, and regulatory consulting, Robert Sheen is a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist.

Founder, and CEO of Trusaic is a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist.

Robert founded First Capitol Consulting, Inc. in 1999, serving over 5,000 global, national, and regional companies. In 2003, he founded, organized, and chartered US Metro Bank with an initial $19.6 million capital raise. US Metro Bank is currently valued at over $1 billion. In 2006, Robert developed TaxAdvantage® in partnership with Intuit, providing tax-centric data solutions for Intuit Employee Management Service’s 1.4 million customers. In 2019, First Capitol Consulting became Trusaic, and today is a leading software company focused on pay equity, DEI, and healthcare. Trusaic helps organizations build a better workforce so they can build a better business.

Robert has served on the boards of MTV’s “Rock the Vote,” University of Southern California Pacific Asia Museum, Asian American Justice Center, and the Korean American Democratic Committee. He is a former President of the Korean American Bar Association. Robert was honored in the “Men of L.A.” by The Women’s Foundation.

Mark Dwyer,
Chief of Data Science

Mark is responsible for evolving Trusaic’s analytics regarding pay equity, diversity, and data consolidation processes as the company continues to scale and expand its robust data and analytic solutions. He brings over two decades of experience in statistical analysis to Trusaic, both as a faculty member at UCLA and within class-action litigation, where he provided oral and written testimony regarding statistical modeling.

Mark was formerly a Senior Economic Consultant for the Harris Economics Group, where he provided written and oral expert testimony regarding the interpretation of empirical analyses. He directed data cleaning and the construction of empirical models, among other responsibilities. Mark also worked as a Senior Economist for Econ One Research, Inc., and taught Econometrics as an Assistant Professor at UCLA.

He earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Rochester, an M.A. in Finance from The Wharton School, and a B.A. in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Economic Association and the Econometric Society.

Michael Garcia,
Manager, ACA Client Services

Michael is the ACA Client Services Manager at Trusaic. He is responsible for overseeing the work of the entire ACA operations team and their customers. Michael has an extensive background in corporate, non-profit, and government compliance.

With nearly 10 years of ACA regulatory experience at Trusaic, Michael ensures we maintain our World-Class Net Promoter Score.

Dawn Clements,
Chief Sales Officer

Dawn, an established executive sales professional, oversees Trusaic’s sales and growth efforts. In addition to growing the company’s client base, Dawn is responsible for leading revenue generation as well as developing and implementing new revenue expansion strategies.

Prior to Trusaic, Dawn served as a Regional Vice President at BetterUp. Before BetterUp, Dawn was the World-Wide Strategic Alliances and Channel Sales Leader for IBM Watson Talent. She’s held various sales roles at IBM, Kenexa (acquired by IBM), and Vurv Technology. Her greatest professional achievements include exceeding quota in 20 direct sales years, helping grow Vurv from $1M to $50M in revenue in 5 years, and closing record-setting business with Domino’s Pizza and Boeing.

Dawn holds a Bachelor of Sciences and Arts in Marketing from the University of South Carolina.

Christian Liakos,
Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Global Alliances

Christian Liakos is Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Trusaic. He is responsible for expanding and nurturing Trusaic’s various partner strategies.

Prior to arriving at Trusaic he worked at various companies from early-stage startups to pre and post-IPO, as well as large global companies like IBM, ADP, UKG (formerly Kronos), and Avaya.

Christian has held various sales roles throughout his career. He began in telecommunications and supply chain industries before moving into the HR space where he’s been focused on building partner ecosystems from scratch to modifying and restructuring existing systems. Throughout Christian’s career, he’s been fortunate to have partnered with great organizations like UKG, Workday, ADP, Aon, Deloitte, Willis Towers Watson, and more. As a result of this journey, he’s been a part of a successful IPO and several successful M&A exits.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Public Relations from Boston College.

Director of Marketing Operations and Events

Polin is the Director of Marketing Operations and Events at Trusaic, bringing a wealth of strategic expertise to the role. With a background in driving organizational growth and innovation, she previously spearheaded demand generation efforts and served as the business lead to the CEO. Prior to joining Trusaic, Polin held several roles at Macy’s, where she led sales strategy and operations in a $750M market. With a sharp focus on critical thinking and operational excellence, Polin is instrumental in driving marketing initiatives and enhancing Trusaic’s market presence.

Chief Equality Officer

Megan Rapinoe is Trusaic’s Chief Equality Officer. She facilitates and promotes the work we do in solving pay inequity at the intersections of gender, race/ethnicity, age, disability, and sexual orientation.

As a core member of Trusaic’s Equality Suite, or E-Suite, Megan plays a critical role in broadcasting our combined mission of ensuring equitable pay for every working person. With her passion and conviction for pay equity and our PayParity solution, we provide employers with the tools they need to achieve workplace equity, communicate progress, and certify achievement.

Megan is recognized for her decorated professional career on the soccer field and her activism off of it. A gold-medalist and two-time World Cup champion, Megan made history alongside her teammates when they achieved pay equity for the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team.

Megan seeks to replicate her success with ensuring fair pay in soccer for the entire working world and plans to close the pay gap this decade.

Joanna Kim-Brunetti, Esq.

Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Chief Legal Officer

 

Joanna spearheads Trusaic’s Affordable Care Act and pay equity auditing practices. She speaks about ACA compliance and Pay Equity at conferences, provides her expert insight as a regular contributor to written publications such as Bloomberg Law, HR Executive, Employee Benefit Adviser, Accounting Today, and The ACA Times, and is an ABA published author.

 

Joanna, formerly a partner with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP, has over 20 years of experience advising clients on a wide range of employment, tax, intellectual property, and other related business issues.

 

Joanna holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School (with honors). She is a former President of the Korean American Bar Association; Rising Star, Super Lawyers; and has held positions with various subcommittees of the American Bar Association and Federal Courts Coordinating Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is also CIPP/US Certified.

John Ford,
Chief Revenue Officer

John is Chief Revenue Officer and oversees global product development, operations, sales, and services across all of Trusaic’s product portfolio segments.

With extensive experience in product development, go-to-market, professional services and data analytics, John has led the development and deployment of multiple world-class SaaS HR tech solutions supporting mission-critical workforce priorities for global organizations. This includes Trusaic’s award-winning Workplace Equity technology platform and Trusaic’s comprehensive ACA Compliance & Reporting technology suite.

John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Music (Classical Violin) from Oregon State University.

Senior Counsel and Director of Regulatory Affairs Maxfield Marquardt serves as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Counsel at Trusaic. He brings over a decade of regulatory compliance experience, with a specialization in ACA and pay equity at the company. At Trusaic, Maxfield assists with IRS penalty letter correspondence, ACA compliance evaluations, and other related regulatory needs.

Maxfield received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, and a Masters in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution.

Megan Rapinoe

Chief Equality Officer

Megan Rapinoe, star athlete of the U.S. Womens’ National Soccer Team (USWNT), Olympic gold medalist, and equal rights advocate is Trusaic’s Chief Equality Officer.

Lou Houlemarde,
Executive Vice President of Engineering

Lou leads Trusaic’s engineering SDLC, quality assurance, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, data security and research and manages the company’s global software efforts. He has a passion to develop software and teams that can make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Prior to Trusaic, Lou held lead engineering roles with NBC Universal, Answer Financial, and Magenic, developing robust client-server systems, highly-scalable web applications, and world-class user experiences. Previously Lou served as COO and CIO at Civil Demand Associates, Inc., where he was responsible for several industry-first innovations, including real-time demand notice generation and web-based reporting and alert systems, which enabled the company to grow five-fold during his tenure.

Lou holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from CSULA.

Matt Gotchy,
Executive Vice President of Marketing

Matt brings over 20 years of experience managing marketing and product teams. At Trusaic, Matt is responsible for developing go-to-market strategy for Trusaic and delivering sustainable revenue growth by ensuring the long-term success of our customers. Matt oversees marketing, partnership marketing, and software product development and design.

Matt, formerly a group product manager with Intuit for over 15 years is an experienced marketing and product leader who has conceptualized, built and scaled multiple SaaS businesses. He has vast knowledge across the human capital management spectrum, as well as a deep understanding of pay equity, diversity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy.

Matt holds a B.S. in chemistry, a B.S. in chemical engineering, an M.S in chemical engineering, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nevada.

Fidel Cornejo,
Work Opportunity Tax Credit Practice Leader

Fidel leads Trusaic’s Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Department. He oversees and manages the overall operations of our WOTC Department. Fidel has over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry. Prior to joining Trusaic, Fidel worked as a Team Lead for Herbalife International.

WOTC is important in that it provides incentives to organizations that hire individuals who have faced significant barriers to employment. The program helps promote a diverse workforce and assists individuals going back to the workplace.

Fidel holds an Associate Degree in English Literature from Los Angeles City College.

Margaret Duvall,
Senior Manager, ACA Client Services

Margaret is the ACA Client Services Senior Manager at Trusaic, where she manages the ACA implementation team and IRS penalty response projects. She is also responsible for training the client services team and has a strong understanding of the Affordable Care Act. Before joining Trusaic, Margaret worked as a licensed insurance producer for property and casualty insurance, as well as life and health insurance.

Margaret holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Business, as well as a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Nevada-Reno. In addition, she has a minor in Japanese studies from Hosei University in Tokyo.
