Currently, California, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Washington D.C. have ACA state filing requirements. Trusaic provides filing services for all of these states with the exception of Massachusetts.

Does Trusaic offer state reporting service for Massachusetts?
No, we do not support state filing for Massachusetts. It is the only state not covered by our filing service.

What is my ACA state filing deadline for the 2024 tax year?
- California employers must file Form 1094-C and 1095-C by May 31
- New Jersey employers must file Form 1094-C and 1095-C by March 31
- Rhode Island employers must file Form 1095-C by March 31
