To be successful in this role you must be able to develop and maintain client relationships. Assist the management team with oversight of the Client Services Associate team. Lead implementation projects and consultative meetings with key client stakeholders. Effectively transmit and communicate business intelligence reports. Facilitate and coordinate the extraction, transmission, receipt, storage, and security of highly sensitive data. Additional job duties include serving as the intermediary between client and regulatory agencies in the event of regulatory inquiries. Lastly, must have excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PDF etc.)
