THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION
The Director of Client Services will assist in restructuring the Data Operations and Client Services teams. Will oversee 2 groups directly and a Manager who will lead 2 groups under the director.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee a team of professional services team members delivering consultative HR and workforce compliance support to U.S. employers.
Ensure positive relationships with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided
Oversee employee recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
Oversee all key client services workflows and processes from implementation to ongoing deliverables, tying together people, processes, tools and technology.
Drive performance objectives and KPIs including Net Promoter Score, implementation timelines and quality standards.
Coordinating with other departments (e.g. finance, revenue operations, sales, product development) in the organization to meet client needs
Managing company policies that relate to client satisfaction standards and ensuring that all employees are following these standards
Maintaining client relationships by communicating regularly with clients about their accounts, providing progress and status reports on their account, and answering questions they may have about their accounts
Provide clients with information about new products or services that may be of interest to them based on their current needs or situation
Desired Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience leading professional services teams
5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management, HR compliance, payroll, benefits or similar
Passionate and enthusiastic operator with strong leadership and execution skills with a proven track record of consistently meeting client expectations and commitments.
Compensation & Rewards
Base Salary: $115,000 per year
Healthcare Plans (medical, dental, and vision)
401K Plan: Eligibility for participation in the Company’s 401K plan, for which you will become eligible effective on the first day of the month after completing sixty (60) days of employment. The 401K Plan is currently funded by employee contributions only.
Paid Time Off (PTO): fifteen (15) days of PTO on an annual basis.
