In Enterprise Sales you’ll represent the Trusaic brand - the company, it’s products, people and culture - to our largest customer segments. You’ll be working with the marketing and sales development teams to engage and develop business with prospective customers.
What to expect from the role
Working from our Los Angeles offices, successful Account Executive Sales candidates will be the senior sales professionals at Trusaic .
Lead strategic engagement of enterprise customers for the company
Work closely with Sales Development to target potential customers & key contacts
Engage senior executives in the human resources and compensation departments
Manage meetings with and delivery of presentations and proposals to customers
Coordinate new customer onboarding with the customer success team
Manage sales opportunities to successful closure, including the decision making, procurement and contracting processes
Maintain an accurate & updated opportunity pipeline and provide key deal updates
Market-leading compensation based on meeting bookings and revenue targets
Well organized and up-to-date customer and contact data and intelligence
Utilize Hubspot CRM, Avoma, ZoomInfo and other tools to ensure all customer information, contacts and activities are entered accurately and up-to-date.
What we expect from you
A successful Account Executive Enterprise candidate will have the following skills and experience:
3 years experience selling software in the HR space, ideally in rewards/compensation,
Bachelors Degree or above
Understanding of the human resources technology, consulting & partnership ecosystem
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated outstanding performance in a previous sales role
Excellent reporting of key metrics, attainment and revenue growth plans
Competitive, results-oriented, motivated, and driven to exceed goals
