Core Output Statement and Description Overview:
The director of Partnerships is responsible for supporting and helpinf to drive the overall development of the partner ecosystem. As a direct report to the VP of Partnerships this role’s efforts will support the channel development, lead generation and deal revenue, along with partner on-boarding and enablement, partner collaboration on webinars, events, conferences, etc. in conjunction the Director of Partnerships will work closely with Trusaic marketing and sales teams along with product.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of the channel strategy for new and existing partners, with a focus lead generation and deal revenue.
Oversee the implementation of the channel strategy including campaigns, events, conferences, webinars, and joint collaborations.
Liaise with internal sales and product teams to execute Trusaic’s channel efforts.
Monitor via measuring and reporting on partner performance.
Provide competitive, market and consumer research to optimize positioning of Trusaic products and services within the marketplace.
Recommend development of new partnership relationships to help drive strategy, joint ventures, product fulfillment, and potential investment and/or M&A.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their goals by providing them with the appropriate tools, materials and presentations, and implement an effective Service Level Agreement between Sales and Partnerships.
Participate in collaborative meetings between executive team, sales, and operations.
Manage relationships with channel partners in accounting, insurance, technology, and industry associations or memberships.
Skills and Abilities required to perform Duties:
5-7 years Channel and Sales experience
5-7 years B2B Tech SaaS sales or channel experience
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mastery of MS Office and Google Suite.
Detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain focus under pressure.
Ability to ideate and execute creative ideas and then strategizing on how to deliver against them.
Proven ability to support multiple partnerships within a business and to present your vision, goals, and tactics or those brands to leadership.
Track record of building scalable operating processes and systems for channel and/or sales environments with proven success in a performance-based marketing environment.
Education, Certifications, or Training desired:
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required
Must be able to work in the US without need of sponsorship now or in the future.
