What we are looking for: This is an entry level sales operations role, ideal for an individual that is looking to contribute to the sales and marketing process, helping to drive revenue growth and market share.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding new salespeople
  • Assist with assigning leads and prospects to salespeople on an ongoing basis
  • Oversee and monitor compliance with CRM usage expectations, including CRM data quality and pipeline and activity tracking
  • Circulate sales and operations reports to key stakeholders, helping to identify trends and patterns and create actionable intelligence
  • Assist with product and market research
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing and services stakeholders to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration
  • Effectively putting together trend slides, research slides, and competitive slides to help sellers sell
  • Assisting sellers with one off projects to help sellers close deals or prospects. For example pulling comscore, or putting together content categories for clients, or building out a tentpole slide for upcoming client meetings
  • Pulling and curating site lists for clients
  • Creating & updating Sales Decks for all regions. Including pulling numbers, making slides, tracking meetings, and reaching out to the teams needed.
  • Follow up Emails post Bi-Weekly sales calls
  • Bi-weekly Pipeline meeting recaps that are sent out to the sales team
  • Keeping the Master Account List up to date
  • Taking notes and recapping meetings

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong writer; can summarize articles quickly and format short concise emails
  • Strong communication
  • Quick learner
  • Able to work with different personalities
  • Can multitask and prioritize tasks as they will be working on many projects at one time
