Overview of role: We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Recruiting Manager to lead our recruiting and talent acquisition function. In this role, you will act as a Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition Business Partner to our hiring teams responsible for full cycle recruiting across TRUSAIC as the company continues to grow and scale.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Source and develop a strong pipeline of active and passive job seekers using networking, professional organizations, social media platforms, direct sourcing, and referrals.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to devise a recruitment strategy that identifies the specific needs for each role, and how to attract and engage a diverse and exceptional talent pool while meeting all hiring deadlines.
  • Understand Trusaic’s brand and ensure that its messaging is clear and consistent in all job postings.
  • Ensure that the interview and candidate experience is a positive and seamless process that includes proactive communication with all involved parties.
  • Analyze the recruitment and hiring process and make recommendations for process improvements that aid in achieving hiring metrics.
  • Plan and coordinate culture building company events (lunch & learns, virtual happy hours, etc)
  • Maintain recruiting metrics dashboard and help identify trackable KPI’s
  • Assist with the employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Qualifications:

  • 8 years of recruiting experience; preferably agency and in-house combined
  • 1-2 years of management/ supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of using business networking tools and social media to support recruiting strategies.
  • Possess a sense of urgency, collaborative attitude, confidence, and a commitment to diversity
  • Intellectual curiosity and the desire to drive continuous improvement
  • Teamwork centric with a passion for working on cross-functional HR initiatives
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details
  • DE&I and/or sales recruiting a plus
  • Bachelors degree in a business, marketing, HR or a related field preferred
