Overview of role: The person in this role will be responsible for helping Trusaic expand revenue through strategic partnerships and alliances. If you’re excited about presenting a compelling business case to the senior leadership of prospective partner organizations, this is the role for you.
Essential Job Function
Booking webinars and speaking engagements for our executive team, and promoting them to our partners
Driving engagement with partners through consistent and compelling communication, like blog and social media posts and emails
Working with product marketing to develop and execute our partner strategy for new product launches and existing products.
Providing internal and external thought leadership around partners. You should also enjoy writing, speaking, and advocating both internally and externally
Developing and executing a comprehensive, integrated channel marketing program to drive adoption and productivity of partnerships
Defining, developing and executing partner sales enablement
Work within the partner portal to ensure it depicts Trusaic clearly and effectively across training, sales collateral, and other enablement tools
Develop requirements to technical teams to establish and maintain partner tracking mechanisms
Analyze partner performance, provide metrics and key insights to leadership and regularly ideate and update long-term plans for each partnership.
Provide CRM support and reporting to sales and marketing in support of partnership efforts.
Ad-hoc projects as necessary with the Trusaic marketing and partnership marketing teams
Helping to organize trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, training and other partner and client events
Bachelor’s degree (e.g., BA in Liberal Arts: i.e. English, Communications, Marketing) or equivalent experience required.
5-10 years’ human capital management business development and partnership marketing experience across the United States, Canada and Europe
Comfortable presenting to new partners at the SLT level
Can do attitude. Self-motivated, results-focused and hands-on
Strong relationship builder, good communicator and ability to influence
Experience with B2B enterprise SaaS and HR consulting companies is a plus
Experience with benefits, HR, tax credits, HR compliance diversity, equity, inclusion and especially pay equity a plus but not required
Demonstrated experience developing partnerships and development of partnership enablement platforms and tools
Expert in partner prospecting, setting the meeting and securing the partnership.
Adept at creating presentations for partners to educate and drive effectiveness of partnerships
Specific experience developing partnerships with large human capital management technology providers, law firms, insurance companies, accounting firms and other consultancies
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Have a passion for keeping current with the latest trends and best practices in partnership marketing
Fluency in Google Suite
Fluent in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
HubSpot experience preferred
Fluent in English
Speak additional languages is a plusKnowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media
