Trusaic is challenging California businesses to take the California Equal Pay Pledge!
This can't wait - and neither should you.
In fact, Trusaic will donate $100 to Girls Inc. for every employer that takes the Equal Pay Pledge before September 15.1
What is the Equal Pay Pledge?
More than 100 major California employers, including Trusaic, have already taken the Equal Pay Pledge, an initiative led by the First Partner of California's Office and the California Commission on the Status of Women and Girls, in partnership with the California Partners Project, to help close the pay gap in California. Our goal: to double that figure to more than 200 signatories.
By taking the Equal Pay Pledge, employers commit to:
- Conducting an annual company-wide gender pay analysis
- Reviewing hiring and promotion processes and procedures to reduce unconscious bias and structural barriers
- Promoting best practices that will close the pay gap to ensure fundamental equity for all workers
